Christoph lives, works and podcasts from Munich, Bavaria and travels around Europe for Customer Engagements. He is working in the Security Business Unit at VMware as a Lead Solution Engineer.

Everything starts with a PC, when he starts to work as an office businessman. Back to school to become an economic computer scientist. He was able to accompany a wide variety of experiences, projects, roles and responsibilities on three continents, with Leadership positions in global enterprise and medium-sized businesses. Expertise in different Areas like Networking, Virtualization, Cloud and the main Focus on Security for the last seven years. Seasoned Project Manager driving individual teams, from concept to delivery.

Joerg lives, works and podcasts from Nuremberg, Bavaria and is working as a VMware Lead Solution Engineer for Network & Security.

It all begins with gaming on a Commodore 64. Worked with routers, switches & firewalls as a networking & security guy for different companies like Siemens, AT&T, AREVA & Dell EMC and currently for VMware.

He has deep knowledge and experience within the areas Networking, Security, Cloud, Automation & Virtualization. With over 20 years IT experience he covered several positions like Network & Security Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, System Engineer and leads several projects in the enterprise and medium-sized business.

Thomas lives, works and broadcasts from the north of Bavaria. He is working as a Solution Engineer VMware Cloud. Main focus is on Cloud architectures, virtualization, security and network.

The fascination about IT started with the age of 9 when he builts his first and own PC from scratch. He realized how attackable everything was after spending night after night with different Operating Systems and the world wide web. Why at night? Just one word: “modem”.

His working career is short but fully packed. He started as a Infrastructure Specialist in a medium-sized company and had touched nearly any topic like virtualization, network, security and many more. The next step in his career followed as a VMware Horizon Architect and then as a Cloud and Hybrid Engineer.

Ralf lives and works from a small village in North Rhine-Westphalia. He is working as a VMware Cloud Solution Architect. His main focus is cloud architectures, infrastructure, networking and disaster recovery concepts.

His career, while short, is had many different aspects already. He started as a IT service technician after his training in a medium-sized IT service provider for a broad range of topic, including infrastructure, networking, client systems and many more. After two years he switched to a system engineering role internally, focussing on VMware infrastructure, HPE hardware and VEEAM software.

After successful 5 years at the IT service provider, he switched to VMware.
First he delivered VMware Cloud projects (vSphere, VCF, vSAN) in VMware Professional Services for roughly 1.5 years, before switching to the VMware Cloud Solution Architect role in February 2022.

Sebastian lives and works from Neukloster, near Luebeck and is working as an Lead Solution Engineer – Digital Workspace for VMware.

Grown up with Commodore 64 and started with and an Apple Classic, he switched over to network and system management in time of Token Ring, SNA and OS/2. After studying Cisco technologies for years and leading the IT team, he decided to switch into virtualization and then specialized for the workspace side of things.

Sebastian is well experienced, works in IT for over 25 year. He is passionate about all modern workplace technologies and always try to have the bigger picture in mind. Specialized in Horizon and Workspace ONE and a closer look on all security technologies at the same time.
